Who are we?

esz AG is one of the leading and most modern metrology laboratories in Europe. The focus of our company is the calibration of industrial measurement technology. We have been providing tailored software solutions for test equipment management and calibration management as well as cost transparency for over 40 years. esz AG has its headquarters in Eichenau near Munich and maintains a network of branches in Germany and Europe.

Expertise and reliability for over 40 years

esz AG was founded in 1976 by Dipl.-Ing. Siegfried Fleischmann – current chairman of the supervisory board of esz AG – under the company name of Elektronik Service Zentrale. Since then, the company has grown continuously, organically and in a structured manner, even in economically difficult times. By establishing a Europe-wide presence in the market and achieving a balance between growth and targeted expansion, esz changed its legal status from a GmbH to an AG at the beginning of 2009. As a full-service provider, we are accredited for more than 200 calibration procedures and as a test laboratory according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. Are you interested in esz AG’s company history? Excellent prospects

In 2011, esz AG received the award “Bayerns Best 50” from the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs. An award of which everyone in the company is immensely proud. It shows that we are on the right track not only because of excellent sales and growth figures, but also because we meet all the criteria of a modern and appealing employer. Other awards include the Bavarian Founders’ Prize in the “Succession” category, the Industry Prize 2018, and the Top Company/Open Company awards from kununu and Top employer among medium-sized businesses from Focus magazine. As a family-friendly employer, we are a member of the Bavarian Family Pact and are actively involved in the Bavarian Environmental Pact.
