Your way to us

Fast and uncomplicated: The online application

Applications via our online system are usually answered faster than direct applications by e-mail or post. Online we can transfer your data smoothly and react quickly to your application, and you will also save time and money. It will only take about 10 to 15 minutes to fill out the application. Of course you have the possibility to attach your application documents. Do you have a profile on XING? Then you can also import your application documents from there into our applicant management system.

The checklist for your online application:

  • Cover letter (depending on the position)
  • curriculum vitae
  • the last three references and certificates
  • Proof of highest educational level
  • Photo (optional)

Please make sure that your application documents are in the following formats:

pdf-, doc-, jpg-, gif- or bmp-files (per file max. 7 MB). It is also necessary to upload each document as a separate file.

Direct application:

If you have applied for a specific position, your documents will be entered into our applicant management system. You will receive a confirmation of receipt shortly afterwards. Your documents will be forwarded directly to the relevant HR department. The pre-selection process usually takes two to four weeks.

The interview serves to get to know each other and usually lasts about 60 minutes. A responsible person from the HR department and a representative from the specialist department, usually the direct manager, will present the position and the environment to you in detail. Afterwards, the focus will be on non-functional topics and your person and qualifications. In some cases, we will also invite you to a second interview. Once all interviews have been successful and the details of the contract have been discussed, there is nothing standing in the way of your start with us.

Speculative application:

Your unsolicited application will go into a central pool of unsolicited applicants. In your cover letter and in the input fields in the applicant form, please name the areas of application and technical focus that interest you. Suitable applications will be forwarded to the relevant departments.
If a suitable position is not found immediately, you will remain in our applicant pool. Of course, you have the option to have your data deleted by us at any time.
